Choose a platform plan per facility when your team runs the work, or scope Remote Operations and Managed FM when you want SHIFTFM to take a larger role in follow-up or field delivery.
Choose the platform plan according to the size of the facility operation and the capacity required.
/ month / facility
For maintenance incidents, procurement requests, and the core operating record of the facility.
/ month / facility
For customers that need recurring operations, documents, team permissions, and management reporting alongside maintenance and assets.
/ month / facility
For larger facility portfolios that need expanded operational capacity and portfolio-level visibility.
Remote Operations and Managed FM are scoped according to the facility profile, required service level, and operational boundaries of the engagement.
A facilities-operations team manages follow-up and coordination through SHIFTFM, including incidents, vendors, scheduling, pricing requests, follow-up, and closure according to the service scope.
Scope-based pricing
Commercial scope depends on facility count, operating rhythm, and the required follow-up workload.
Request PricingRemote operations and field facilities management according to the site, size, facility type, and required service scope.
Custom pricing by facility and scope
Managed FM is assessed by field requirements, service boundaries, and the operational responsibilities to be assumed.
Request Facility AssessmentRecurring work, full document control, and management reporting are not standard in this plan.
Where facility size or portfolio needs grow, capacity can be expanded through a separate commercial request.
The plan defines which SHIFTFM modules and capacities the customer purchased. User permissions define who inside the customer organization can use those included modules.
"Full Permissions" means full permissions inside the modules and features included in the subscribed plan. It does not unlock every SHIFTFM module regardless of subscription.
Administrative Users manage operational modules according to granted permissions. Request Users are simplified users primarily used for maintenance requests, procurement requests, and tracking the requests they are allowed to follow.
Legitimate use up to the included plan capacity is normal use. Reaching a legitimate capacity limit is not abuse, and additional capacity can be requested separately according to customer need and the operating profile of the facility.
The customer may use the full included capacity of the plan without that being treated as misuse.
"You have reached the capacity included in your plan. Request additional capacity to continue." is a commercial capacity event, not an abuse event.
Additional assets, administrative users, request users, recurring operations, documents, incident capacity, and storage can be purchased through a separate request.
